Transformer Repair & Rewind:
Summit Power Company for Electrical Industries delivers end-to-end repair, rewind and life-extension services for distribution, power and specialty transformers—from compact 100 kVA units to multi-hundred-MVA grid assets up to 220 kV. Leveraging ISO-certified processes, class-H insulation systems and VPI technology, we restore original efficiency, dielectric integrity and thermal performance while meeting IEEE/IEC standards.

Summit Power Company for Electrical industries gives you more ways to test, repair, rewind, re-manufacture or reverse engineer large or extra-large motors and generators. We have extensive experience with the removal and installation of large engineered applications, plus comprehensive testing, heavy-duty lifting, high-voltage VPI rewinds and B-stage hard coils
Our Large and extra-large resources include:
l50-ton lift capacity for untanking active parts
Vacuum oil purification & degassing rigs (online or offline)
Vacuum pressure impregnation (VPI) ovens for HV/LV windings up to 3 m core height
Run testing to 15,000 VAC & 1,000 VDC
Core & coil drying ovens with controlled temperature/humidity logging
High-voltage test bay – AC hi-pot to 400 kV, induced 200 kV, partial-discharge (PD) detection, SFRA, Tan δ, power factor
On-site services fleet – mobile oil processors, tap-changer retrofit kits, bushing replacement teams
Dielectric fluid services – retro-fill to natural ester fluids (FR3), PCB oil removal, lab analyses (DGA, furan, moisture)
